The Finance Manager, North Asia Cluster will drive regional financial performance, focusing on profitability, cash flow, and strategic planning.

They will lead budgeting, internal controls, and compliance, while partnering with regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities include enhancing processes, fostering cross-functional collaborations, and supporting business growth through accurate reporting and strategic insights.

[Responsibilities]


* Lead tracking and shaping business performance towards financial commitments including P&L, Balance sheet, and Free cash flow, reporting to Senior Finance Manager.


* Lead planning schedule & format for the key financial planning (Quarterly updates, Annual budgeting, Strategic & Ad-hoc reviews) with North Asia SI&A team & CFO to deliver strategic & timely communication with North Asia management & regional/global counterparts.


* Ensure accuracy & reasonableness of review data consolidation with critical sanity checks with stakeholders


* Closely communicate with Asia Pacific region for business performance reporting, planning and ad-hoc topics.


* Lead SigniFi process & ERP transition and proactively improve internal control environments to meet JNJ internal & statutory governance across North Asia markets.


* Challenge the current status quo and look for process improvement opportunities to drive simplification & value creation.


* Build interdependent partnership with functional business partners


* Lead partnering with other finance functions including Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Global Services, Compliance groups, and Corporate COE (Tax, Treasury, Corporate audit)

* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.


* Finance/Accounting Professional certificates or master’s degrees in the relevant areas.


* Minimum 10 years total finance professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in FP&A.
