Location: Ahwatukee Post Acute - Phoenix, AZ
Position: Full-time & Part-time LPN
Shifts Available:


* Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM


* Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Ahwatukee Post Acute is expanding! With the completion of our brand-new Behavioral Health Unit in Fall 2025, we are hiring dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team.

What You'll Do:


* Deliver skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.


* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy.


* Observe, assess, and document resident health and behavioral status.


* Lead and support CNAs to ensure quality care and adherence to care plans.


* Promote a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For:


* Active LPN license in the state of Arizona.


* Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.


* CPR/BLS Certification.


* Applicants with behavioral health or SNF experience will be prioritized.


* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
