Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to supervisors


* Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide excellent care


* Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism

Qualifications


* Active California LVN license required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate and dependable


* Open to new graduate LVNs who are eager to learn and grow
