As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding product team at JPMC, you will lead the successful delivery of complex technology programs that deliver scalable, integrated solutions across JPMorganChase's Talent Acquisition Platform, Automation, and Intelligence ecosystem.

This is a highly visible role where you will partner closely with engineering, product, data, security, and HR stakeholders to deliver programs that enhance the candidate experience and transform how we attract and hire top talent.

You will leverage your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories to assist in the development of innovative solutions, management of resources and budgets, and leadership of high-performing teams.

Job Responsibilities:


* Develops and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating product and technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.


* Owns the end-to-end technical delivery roadmap across the Talent Acquisition ecosystem, including applicant tracking, interview scheduling, CRM, and skills assessments.


* Identifies and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.


* Establishes strong program governance, setting up appropriate checkpoints, OKRs, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.


* Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, data, security, and HR stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall Product objectives.


* Drives technical roadmap alignment across engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams, ensuring scalability, availability, and performance of Talent Acquisition systems.


* Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
