Job Description:

Job Family Definition

Highly organized and technically capable Maintenance Technician with a strong foundation in manufacturing technical practices and a focus on administrative responsibilities.

This role supports the reliability and maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime..

Responsible for managing maintenance documentation, scheduling preventive and predictive tasks, and assisting with equipment reliability maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience with maintenance systems, and a foundational understanding of reliability practices in a manufacturing environment.

Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures.

May determine methods and procedures for new assignments.

Management Level Definition:

Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways.

Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.

Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require initiative and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.

Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures.

May determine methods and procedures for new assignments.

Education and Experience Required:


* Typically, a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in Manufacturing Maintenance Operations or related field.


* May include highly experienced individuals performing higher level or equivalent work degreed in an unrelated field.
