Accounting Manager F/H
What will you do?
* As an Accounting Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational excellence of the accounting function.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Defining and implementing the vision, structure, and resources needed to meet accounting goals.
+ Leading and developing multiple accounting teams, ensuring performance, engagement, and compliance with HR policies.
+ Overseeing all financial closing processes and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
+ Managing audits and ensuring timely certification of accounts.
+ Driving transformation initiatives and supporting change management.
+ Ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and internal control standards.
+ Representing the organization in internal and external engagements.
+ Contributing to strategic planning and aligning accounting operations with global financial strategies.

This is a leadership role where you will manage an accounting team and collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units and global finance teams.
You will also interact with external partners, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

+ Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bac +5).
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, including 3-5 years in a managerial or strategic role.
