Job Description
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus commission.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This Associate Client Development Manager will support our Financial Services and Private Equity segment.
The ideal candidate will be located in Louisville, KY but there is consideration for candidates within the US that are within a reasonable distance of an airport.
Travel is required to support sales activity and industry conferences (up to 25%).
What will you do in the role?
The Associate Client Development Manager role is a market-facing, early-career sales professional focused on supporting the business development of Schneider Electric's Sustainability Services consulting and technology offerings to executive-level stakeholders within Financial Services and Private Equity customers.
This role is designed for individuals eager to grow into strategic, client-facing positions, by learning through direct collaboration with senior sales leaders, engaging in outbound prospecting, and contributing to key sales initiatives.
This role reports to the Director of Business Development with direction provided by a senior business development leader.
* Prospect and convert leads into profitable and ongoing business relationships
* Own initial outreach and introductory meetings to convert leads into actionable client engagements
* Work with Schneider Electric's portfolio of offerings to develop customized solutions that address the customer's business needs
* Support the senior business development leader in establishing and executing on the sales strategy for the specific segment
* Understand our customers' long-term strategic business needs while building long-term relationships - higher and wider - within their organization; a key focus is on selling new solutions to existing clients
* Support the development of sales proposals.
