Project Manager - Building Automation Systems

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Job Summary & Qualifications

This position is typically held by an individual that has at least 8-10 years' experience as a Project Engineer, or combined years of system application engineering or technician experience.

This position plans, directs and coordinates activities of project teams to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with all company and site safety requiremnts, accomplished on time, implemented at or below the estimated cost, and billed in a timely fashion throughout the duration of the project.

Project Manager II position is expected to be self-sufficient in all aspects of the role, requiring minimal supervision and direction for the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Project Manager II has demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and is assigned responsibility for the largest, most complex projects or portfolio of projects within the operations team.

The Project Manager II will typically have responsibility for coaching and mentoring of Project Engineers or new Project Managers, and demonstrated this competency in the past.

Project Manager II reports into the Operations Manager, or a Program Manager in larger operations teams.

Responsibilities Include


* Responsible for mentoring and coaching of other employees in their development as a current or future Project Manager or Project Engineer.


* Execution of projects with increasing complexity, duration, and size (greenfield, core and shell, multi-million budget)Ability to direct activity of project team members
