We are now hiring Interns for our January 2026 cohort! Students who can commit to 40 hours per week will be preferred.

Location: Red Oak, TX

The Role:

What will you do?


* Conduct comprehensive time studies to identify process improvement opportunities.


* Assist in the implementation and development of 5S projects throughout the facility.


* Develop work instructions and visual aids to assist production and improve quality.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Safety, to drive Industrialization project success.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


* Any prior internship/experience in manufacturing processes are a plus.


* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and other engineering tools are a plus.


* Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes is a plus.


* Preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering


* Currently local to the Red Oak, TX area
