Are you ready to take on a leadership role in the manufacturing industry? Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Production Lead in Groningen, Netherlands.

In this role, which became available after an internal promotion, you will be responsible for overseeing the production results of the assigned production teams.

You will actively own the production process and line utilization, ensuring that there is sufficient coordination and clear priorities for the production teams and support departments.

As a mentor and leader, you will also develop the Team Leads and their teams, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of ideas.
