In this role, you will:


* Perform quality control activities in Lab and machine line to ensure product quality in shift (Variable testing; Product & Packaging Attribute testing)


* Daily verify the effectiveness of online testing activities/production operators’ competencies


* Online Testing for: Semi-FGs, In-process product, Finished Product.


* Independent inspection for verification in Lab.


* Inform and follow up with machine team to drive for quality product in shift to achieve specification and requirement.


* Support quality testing for trial run, new project when needed.


* Coordinate, support & perform re-inspection for the NC production lot


* Deliver Quality Docs to machine when grade change ( Q3, TCTP) and collect the previous docs for storing and ensure everything is correct and well control.


* Shift report for % RFT Make, PPM


* Perform & maintain 5S for Lab and equipment


* Provide quality analysis data such as bench test data, Aging study data… when required


* Provide annual training for Operator on Quality packaging control, Online quality system, Quality objectives, quality policies, STMs, instructions and procedures, PASS system, Perceiving quality from the customer point of view…


* Participate in Quality Management System & EHS audit if required


* Participate in mill activity like Safety, PCS, CIP
