Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description

As the Senior Manager, FP&A, you will play a key role in shaping company strategy through financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling.

You will lead high-impact projects, including board reporting and investment analysis, while driving continuous process improvement.

It's ideal for someone who thrives on data, collaboration, and making strategic decisions that move the business forward.

Responsibilities



* Lead the weekly forecast review presented to the Executive Committee, ensuring all input from cross-functional teams are accurate, complete, and aligned with business expectations.


* Oversee the preparation of the State of the Business report, a key component of the Board Book, ensuring it reflects current performance and strategic insights.


* Review quarterly updates on sales initiatives and PITT CREW tracking, compiled by the Senior Analyst, and ensure they are ready for VP-level approval and inclusion in the Period Review.


* Manage and present the planning timeline each quarter to the VP of FP&A, supporting clear communication and alignment across the broader organization.


* Coordinate the Long-Range Projection process, reviewing inputs to ensure they reflect strategic initiatives and align with long-term business goals.


* Oversee the development of financial planning presentations, including the Latest Estimate (LE), Initial Plan, and Final Plan, ensuring all data is complete, reasonable, and well-structured.


* Lead the quarterly Board Book review process, setting timelines, guiding stakeholders through expectations, and collaborating with the CEO and CFO to finalize materials for Board distribution.


* Support special projects throughout the year, contributing financial insights and project management expertise as needed.


* Manage and mentor the Senior Analyst, FP&A, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to support team success.

Qualifications



* Education: You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Having an MBA or master's in accountancy and a CPA is preferred.


* Experience: You bring 10-15 years of accounting or finance experience
