PHYSICAL THERAPIST (INPATIENT) (LEVEL 1) - REGISTRY

Work Schedule

PRN position with variable shifts, Minimum of 2 weekend days every 4 weeks, Weekday/Weekend hours 6am-6pm as needed, you will work at Swedish American hospital in Rockford.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).

Required
Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required.

* CPR certification.

* Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
