Job Description:

工作职责:

1.区域管理和发展

根据所管辖区域的销售目标，制订并执行适合该区域的销售计划

指导和监督区域内产品专员建立销售计划和达成销售指标

发展和维持与重点客户的良好合作关系，以促进业务的持续增长

安排和协调适合区域业务发展的各项市场及学术活动

负责区域内招投标工作的完成

2.区域销售渠道的建立和管理

在所管辖区域内，建立合理有效的代理商网络，确保目标医院的全面覆盖

发展新的代理商，不断优化代理商网络的结构，督促代理商完成销售目标

协助产品专员对代理商及其销售人员的培训和管理

职位要求:

本科及以上学历

五年以上医疗行业销售管理经验及相关代理商管理经验

丰富的团队管理及人员发展经验

良好的职业操守和沟通技巧

开朗、乐观、 能吃苦，愿意经常出差
