We are searching for the best talent for [Innovative Medicine] Senior Director, IBD Division.

Position Purpose:


* Develop and implement the business strategy for Immunology portfolio, with both short-term and long-term business objectives


* Oversee and lead all marketing and sales plans to achieve the business objectives within policies and guidelines as well as Business Unit budget


* Deliver the agreed forecast budget and business plan – top and bottom-line metrics – full P&L responsibility


* Inspire and lead the commercial team to deliver outcomes and maximize their potential

You will be responsible for:


* Lead marketing and sales activities to ensure that short- and long-range sales volumes and projects are achieved


* Develop and implement short- and long-range sales and marketing plans


* Oversees the development of sales and marketing processes


* Manage and build strong partnership with co-promotion partner companies


* Formulate marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing plans to achieve maximum sales and profit


* Provide input for the development of products which anticipates and serves customer needs


* Identify new markets and applications to assure volume growth


* Inspire and motivate organization and demonstrate inclusive and Credo-based leadership


* Be a coach, mentor and appraise subordinates and others’ performance and development
