Leads staff in delivering accurate demand and shipping forecasts and providing meaningful market intelligence to achieve sustainable growth and to exceed business expectations.

Duties include budgeting, inventory and service management, risk analysis, and taking active role on the sales and operation planning process.

Key Responsibilities:


* Own the Integrated Business Plan Process for the assigned portfolio of products.

This includes significant commercial partnership in the US monthly Demand Reviews, but will also have global brand responsibilities and connection with key supply chain partners.


* Develop an understanding of the NA region including customer needs, macro-economic influence, policy, distribution channels, competitive landscape, and overall therapeutic area(s.)


* Monitor and communicate progress of regional strategy and tactics, and risk mitigation, to ensure business success (IMSC leadership/Organization and Commercial leadership/organization.)


* Along with key stakeholders (QA, VCM, Plan, Deliver, others) actively participate and be a voice of leadership in IMT meetings related to the portfolio.


* Ensure MAPE & BIAS are continuously improving.

Lead demand events in a volatile business environment.


* Conducts advanced analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Demand Planning strategy.


* Ensure the accuracy of the data are timely reflected in the main Demand intake systems (Anaplan & OMP)
