Join the TileBar Team!
TileBar is excited to announce the opening of our new Raleigh Showroom, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Showroom Design Consultant to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be the face of our showroom, working directly with a diverse clientele—including homeowners, designers, contractors, and installers—to provide personalized service, expert design advice, and a best-in-class customer experience.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a strong base salary, commission incentives, and opportunities for career growth within a fast-expanding brand.
What You'll Do

* Design & Consultation: Curate materials, recommend products, and create custom design boards that reflect client needs and style.
* Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on TileBar's offerings, brand values, and industry trends to provide the best solutions.
* Sales & Order Management: Oversee the full sales cycle—from quoting and purchase orders to order fulfillment and CRM tracking.
* Customer Experience & Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and a positive customer journey.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Brand Ambassador: Represent TileBar with professionalism and passion, upholding our values and commitment to service.
What We're Looking For
* Education & Experience:
+ High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
+ 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience (showroom, retail, or luxury sales a plus).
+ Experience in tile, stone, furniture, textiles, or building materials is highly desirable.
* Sales & Customer Focus:
+ Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals through consultative selling.
+ Strong relationship-building and customer-first mindset.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Industry & Product Knowledge:
+ Familiarity with tile, stone, or flooring products preferred (or a passion to learn).
+ Ability to educate clients on design solutions and project planning.
* Technical & Operational Skills:
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (SalesPad, Magento, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
+ Strong math, problem-solving, and order management skills.
+ Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
* Personal Attributes:
+ Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
+ Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
+ Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, evenings, and events as needed.
