Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist


* Carry out individualized treatment plans to improve resident mobility and function


* Document treatments and progress accurately


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes

Qualifications


* Active California PTA license


* CPR certification


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)


* Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
