As a Strategic Analytics Senior Associate you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of acquisitions strategies across Consumer Card products.

This includes data analysis, strategy development, financial evaluation, supporting strategy implementation.

You will also be responsible for supporting key relationship with internal and external co-brand partners.

Job Responsibilities:


* Develop and maintain periodic analytics to provide management with full insight into emerging trends and the quality of the originated accounts


* Attain a detailed understanding of key performance metrics and profitability drivers, enabling the delivery of insights encompassing the full account lifecycle


* Facilitate monthly and quarterly co-brand partner presentations with internal and external senior leaders to share findings and recommendations


* Acquire a strong understanding of the operational processes which will aid in understanding acquisition performance drivers


* Conduct ad hoc analytics and contribute to various projects representing Risk Management


* Lead development of strategy changes and partner with technical groups to develop requirements for changes to rules engines and automated strategies


* Assist with regulatory and internal audits or exams

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline from an accredited college/university required


* 4+ years of analytics experience preferably in financial services or consulting


* Ability to logically structure analyses using strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills


* Ability to translate complex analysis into concise presentations with clear recommendations and action items


* Strong project management skills and attention to detail to deliver new strategies with strong testing and tracking focus


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Strong SQL and Python coding skills, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Tableau skills
