* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures to achieve beneficial outcomes


* Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms, and software tools by leveraging advanced technical fluency


* Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying current with emerging technologies


* Establish clear expectations and success factors for all Program and Project Managers within Digital Channels and Connectivity


* Partner with multiple Product Management teams to deliver complex projects and establish governance processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations
