District Manager

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a District Manager that will oversee multiple branches across Oklahoma & Kansas.

This leader will not only lead, but innovate, coach and mentor their team with overall responsibility for the profitability, growth, and management of multiple business units and/or region.

Fostering and creating optimal strategies and conditions to facilitate strong individual and team performance.

Ensures efficient administration of contracts and ongoing customer and employee satisfaction by streamlining processes and removing barriers; being responsible for customer service and customer relationships to promote growth; partnering with internal departments and other stakeholders (i.e., Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, etc.) as required.

Increases revenue and profitability by leveraging business opportunities to grow revenue; foster a winning culture; ensures business strategies are translated into actionable plans that team members are engaged and achieving or exceeding results.
