* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution


* 7 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or operations; 3 in leadership.


* Must have ability to travel at least 50% of the time


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline is preferred


* Knowledge of OA/OEE systems, CMMS, and reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, TPM).


* CMRP, CRE, or related certification preferred.


* Experience with predictive maintenance technologies that involved a transformation of a Facility Organization that delivered Key Results.


* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager of OA/OA/OEE and Equipment Reliability for our Airfoils Segment! This person will lead strategies that maximize equipment performance, minimize downtime, manage spare parts using the A, B, C, D Toyota methodologies and improve overall production efficiency.

This role will oversee OA/OEE tracking, preventive and predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering programs while partnering with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
