Brookdale Palm Beach Gardens is searching for an operations leader for our Brookdale at Home services.

This role serves as the Operational leader for Home Healthcare services at 2 communities in the Palm Beach area.

Our ideal candidate has a strong leadership background and demonstrated experience in building relationships with both community partners and customers.

This role is primarily an Operational leadership role, with no Clinical responsibilities.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.

* 3-5 years' experience in healthcare
