We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for:


* Coordinate the business priorities, activities and development of a clinical team that includes Supervisors, Clinical Account Specialists (CAS), Associate Clinical Account Specialists (ACAS), Clinical Account Technicians (CAT) and partner with Field Service Engineers (FSE), and others to deliver superior customer service and alignment that are critical to meet business objectives.


* Complete all the teams’ clinical training and certifications.

Understand and contribute to clinical team upskilling via field visits.



* Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, laboratory staff, key administration personnel, and relevant hospital executives, in order to grow and develop the business.



* Drive the territory business plan, in line with company objectives, through regular communications to the clinical team, providing assessments of current business state, opportunities for growth and the action plan to achieve the business plan.



* Have other key responsibilities including support of commercial execution and new product introductions, comply with company policies, making budgetary proposals and following up on contracts.
