We are searching for the best talent for NPI PLANNING MANAGER to be in Ciudad Juarez.

Purpose:

Enables the tools for development and communication of a replenishment signal to manufacturing, and to ensure the signal is available and executable.

This person is responsible to plan and manage New Product Introduction codes and its corresponding continuity of component supply (including phase in phase out plans) through the support of Supply Chain Processes, reports, and metrics, and will communicate any constraints both internally at EES and with the suppliers.

This person will maintain effective communication with Production Planning and Scheduling lead to balance those shared manufacturing lines and will established a plan to transfer New Product codes once these have reached stabilization targets.

You will be responsible for:

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Leads the planning integration of new product introduction into the production facility, to include Life Cycle Management.


* Develop and communicate detailed production schedule for new product introduction and/or assigned work centers that satisfies the requirements of the master production schedule.


* Builds Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) for each launch to closely monitor service levels and to ensure net requirements are being met.


* Leads review and assessment of E2E [Component & Finished Goods] capacity loads and identifies possible constraints.

Monitors and anticipates, communicates production issues due to capacity and new product launches.


* Works closely with NDP, Demand, SNP, VSL, LCM, SCM, ISM to ensure launch schedules meet customer expectations around demand, inventory targets and timing.
