Job responsibilities
* Partner with the Product Manager to identify new opportunities through user research, market analysis, and discovery.
* Consider upstream and downstream impacts of new features to ensure a seamless product experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data, to define and execute product strategies for automation and intelligence.
* Translate business needs and technical requirements into clear user stories, epics, and product documentation.
* Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to prioritize development, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
* Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and successful delivery of product solutions.
* Monitor product performance metrics and leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
* Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
* Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
* Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
* Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
* Champion a culture of experimentation by designing and running A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure impact.
* Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
