Training & Learning Specialist (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities



* Plan, deliver and follow up on training measures (classroom, virtual and hybrid) for employees and managers.


* Design, further develop and localize training programs in alignment with global guidelines from Headquarters in Paris.


* Implement HQ priority topics and training programs in the German & Austrian market, adapting them to local requirements.


* Plan, manage and monitor budgets and reporting related to training and development activities.


* Collaborate closely with the business in the design and execution of product, retail operations, and compliance/safety trainings.


* Conduct training needs analysis and manage the training offer in line with company strategy, budget, and in alignment with the Committee of Directors.


* Support HR Business Partners in the implementation and execution of development initiatives and talent programs.


* Monitor and report on training activities and derive recommendations for action.


* Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders and HQ on all training and learning-related topics.


* Ensure the onboarding journey for retail and office employees

Requirements



* Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.


* Several years of professional experience in (Retail)Training or Learning & Development.


* Proven track record in designing, delivering and evaluating training programs.


* Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder management, ideally in an international environment.


* Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.


* Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.


* Languages: Fluent in German and English, French is a plus.


* Willingness to travel on regular basis within Germany, Austria and France to receive and provide Trainings.
