Job Description:

As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will develop Schreiber’s Consumer Insights discipline in order to understand and communicate the holistic voice of the consumer to enable strategic solutions and drive profitable growth.

You will be responsible for influencing internal strategy and external customers to implement recommended strategies that are founded in fact-based market trends.

This includes deployment of our syndicated resources (e.g., Circana, Datassential) to create/support selling strategies relevant to our product/customer mix for external and internal partners.

This position is located onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with an option to work from home up to 2 days a week.

* Shape the Future of Food, cultivate a foresights mindset to anticipate future trends drive proactive strategic decisions, positioning us as industry pioneers.


* Develop and present compelling consumer insights reports that influence key stakeholders and shape marketing campaigns.


* Be a strategic storyteller, transform raw data into compelling consumer behavior sales narratives, empowering Sales, Strategy, and Leadership with actionable, measurable solutions.


* Become an industry influencer share best practices illuminate emerging food industry trends, directly engaging with customers to drive impactful change.


* Navigate the market landscape, leverage consumer purchase panel market data to identify key channel trends, shaping strategic priorities driving market leadership.


* Optimize research investments and effectively manage research project costs cultivate strong supplier relationships, maximizing ROI driving impactful results.


* Champion food safety quality, collaborate with leadership to ensure unwavering compliance with food safety quality standards, safeguarding our brand reputation and customer trust.


* Craft persuasive sales narratives and develop compelling sales stories that deliver unique, actionable insights, igniting customer engagement driving revenue growth.


* Unlock data's potential with advanced visualization statistical analysis to deliver data-driven recommendations that revolutionize our grow and impact plan.

What you need to succeed:


* Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field


* 1-3 years of experience


* Extensive use of Circana, Datassential, Social Media Listening Tools, and other syndicated data tools


*  Familiarity with, or experience utilizing, AI tools for data analysis and insight generation


* Capable at converting data into compelling information to guide marketing and sales efforts


* Requires exceptional customer-facing communication skills


* Up to 30% travel
