What you'll do



* Lead & Develop the Team: Manage and grow a motivated, high-performing tendering team across the Nordic zone.

Recruit, onboard, and upskill team members to ensure engagement and excellence.


* Oversee Tender Management: Supervise the preparation, submission, and follow-up of proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements.


* Drive a Winning Culture: Foster a results-driven mindset focused on increasing win rates while maintaining quality and compliance.


* Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with sales teams, business units, and other stakeholders to align strategies and exceed customer expectations.


* Execute Strategic Goals: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through tenders, ensuring alignment with growth targets.


* Monitor Performance: Track KPIs, ensure timely and high-quality submissions, and drive continuous process improvement.


* Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Deliver accurate, competitive, and high-quality tender submissions that meet client needs.

Essential for the role

Education & Experience:


* Holds a master's degree in business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.


* Brings a solid foundation in tender management, with a proven track record of leading complex bids and proposals.
