Ocean Freight Import Team Leader/Manager

We are seeking for our vacancy job as below detail;

Position: Ocean Freight Import Team Leader

Location:      at Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities: -



* Handle daily operation include track and trace management so as to monitor goods at all time, and Billing Process.


* Supervises and manages a team of people, which will include organizing work schedule.


* Prompt action and response to customer and DGF network to support daily operation and problem solving.


* Be responsible for training of staff and handling all customers’ complaints.


* To be able to negotiate claims with customers.


* Closely monitor operations and drive through performance to meet KPIs criteria.


* To prepare reports on the performance of Ocean Freight Import department and suggest improvements that will enhance the company’s profit margins.

Qualification: -



* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.


* At least 5-8 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business.


* Strong in OFR Import from Freight Forwarding Industry.


* Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.


* Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.


* Good MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint ).


* Good communicate both of spoken and written English.


* Strong Leadership skills.
