Highland Rivers provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness; substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.Job Summary: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is a 24/7 community based, multi-disciplinary team, serving individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) to help them reach their recovery goals in the least restrictive environment possible.

The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to the team who provides clinical services for the individuals.

Are you ready to make a Difference?Job Duties and Responsibilities:


* Provides administrative backup to ACT Team Lead to include managing routine administrative functions for the office.


* Set up meetings as requested (virtual, face to face, etc.)


* Provides assistance and problem resolution to staff, other agencies, and the general public via phone or electronically


* Complete check request and purchase orders as needed.


* Assist program with ordering special supplies or other items.


* Completes Incident Reporting in a timely manner, gathers and provides updates to incident reports PRN.


* Enters individual demographic information in the electronic health record, schedules appointments and completes service documents for the ACT Team as assigned.


* Other duties as assigned.
