Creative Project Manager

The Creative Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and creative projects from concept to delivery.

This role requires a balance of organizational expertise and creative sensibility to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.

The Creative Project Manager will collaborate closely with design, photography, copywriting, digital, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns that support business goals.
Responsibilities


* Lead, manage, and prioritize the daily workflow of creative teams, including design, photography, copywriting, web, and marketing.


* Partner with leadership to develop and refine marketing policies, programs, and campaigns.


* Maintain knowledge of industry trends and innovations; proactively identify opportunities for new creative approaches, tools, or services.


* Collaborate in the development of marketing assets, campaigns, and workflow processes that drive efficiency and quality.


* Act as the central liaison between product, marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency across deliverables.


* Oversee project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and completed to specification.


* Outline project tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.


* Address project-related questions, challenges, and feedback in real time, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.


* Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services supporting creative execution (e.g., print, media, production).


* Support promotional activities, trade shows, and sales initiatives by coordinating creative assets and resources.


* Provide training, tools, and communication materials to sales and marketing teams to promote and sell new products, campaigns, or systems.


* Perform other duties as assigned in support of business objectives.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.


* 3+ years of experience in project management, creative services, or marketing.


* Agency or in-house creative team experience strongly preferred.


* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.


* Strong understanding of creative and marketing processes, from concept development through production and delivery.


* Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate project needs and feedback across teams.


* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and accountability.


* Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on creative solutions.


* Budget management experience a plus.
