We are searching for the best talent for Customer Service Representative.

Purpose: The Supply Chain Deliver Nordic Customer Service team seeks individuals who can adapt to change and support development within the organization.

The team strives to meet customer needs daily by consistently delivering high-quality service, with a focus on patients as the main priority.
 

You will be responsible for:


* Build and maintain customer relations both externally and internally


* Address customer requests through case management, phone, or chat


* Handle all order types from placement to delivery


* Monitor orders, warehouse, and transportation status


* Handle product returns


* Process invoicing and credits


* Report on damaged goods, warehouse mistakes, and transportation errors through Corrective Action Reporting


* Follow the J&J Business Conduct Policy and the J&J Credo, representing J&J in a manner consistent with professional and ethical standards in all situations

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:


* Completion of high school education

Experience and Skills Required:


* Proven experience in CRM and ERP systems, call handling, and case management


* Proficiency in Microsoft 365


* Ability to work collaboratively, act responsibly, and provide effective customer service


* Extensive experience in customer service

Preferred:


* Customer service background


* Experience working on projects


* Understanding of the Nordic MedTech industry and customers


* Familiarity with the J&J MedTech product portfolio


* Language requirements – proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and one additional Nordic language.


* Proficiency in written and spoken English is also required
