We are searching for the best talent for our Clinical Sales Specialist JnJ MedTech Surgery position in Athens.

Essential duties and responsibilities:


* Execute strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue, expand market share, and drive product adoption within designated territories.


* Provide healthcare professionals updated  scientific knowledge, clinical education, and product-specific insights to enhance patient outcomes.


* Perform market analysis, inventory management, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities to develop competitive strategies.


* Manage product trials and sales forecasting to align with business goals and meet customer expectations effectively.


* Participation in various company activities and/or events (congresses, trainings, meetings, symposiums, e.t.c).


* Ensure strict adherence to Health Care Compliance (HCC) policies, regulatory guidelines, Learning management training (Summit) and JNJ MedTech standards.


* Partner with internal departments, including marketing, customer service, and planning, to meet sales targets and support customer needs.
