Your Role: Bio Process Scientist, Front Line
Bio Process Scientists at Elanco are crucial for vaccine manufacturing, supporting process, technology transfer, and commercialization across our diverse vaccine product portfolio.
This role is perfect for those passionate about innovation and complex problem-solving, aiming to enhance manufacturing processes and technical expertise within a collaborative team.

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead process related Root Cause Analysis, provide expert process knowledge and author deviation investigation summary reports.
* Own the batch records and revisions to ensure they remain current and accurate, as well as own process related events, corrective actions, and changes.
* Use statistical tools to understand and reduce the sources of variability and to continuously improve the process.
* Understand the process laboratory model and its limitations (when applicable).
* Assist with execution of tech transfers to ensure that they are accomplished on time and with robust control strategies.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
* Minimum of B.S.
in a relevant scientific discipline plus 2 - 3 years relevant experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities, and flexibility to support multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to understand the purpose and science of the process and have a good understanding of the entire process flow including customer requirements and safety critical operations.
What Will Give You the Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications)
* Manufacturing deviation investigation experience.
* Respect for good documentation practices related to experimentation, maintaining technical data, and reports.
* Ability to author new process or product manufacturing directions.
