Lead TechOps Engineer

Serve as a skilled cloud engineer and architect that will handle all operations for highly visible multi-tenant applications for the
YourCareCommunity platform.

Support operations, re-engineer processes, and implement continuous delivery practices while being on the
forefront of the latest technology and automation practices.

Design and implement best practices of CI/CD pipeline.

Design and implementation of Disaster recovery solution.

Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure.

Passionate about troubleshooting, debugging, and automation.

Create and update documentation as needed.

Respond to alerts and outages; participate in periodic 24x7 on-call schedule.

Provide top notch, responsive customer service to clients.

Remote work permitted.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field of study and five (5) years of experience as a
Senior DevOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Tech Lead/System Administrator, Team Lead or related role where experience was gained.

Also
requires experience in the following:
• 3 years of experience in AWS;
• 3 years of experience in Linux operations, or bash;
• 5 years of experience in systems and IT operations having a good knowledge of networking and performance;
• 5 years of experience in automation at many levels including infrastructure, build, configuration, testing, deployment;
• 5 years of experience in configuration management and Infrastructure such as Code (IaC);
• 5 years of experience in designing High Level Architecture with ability to design for HA/DR;
• 5 years of experience in wide variety of tool sets such as Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, or TeamCity;
• 5 years of experience in Windows and Linux environment;
• 5 years of experience in clustering and containerization technologies such as HashiCorp, Nomad, or Kubernetes;
• 5 years of experience in communicate and collaborate with others and work in an Agile / Scrum environment.
