Global Channel Marketing Specialist

Summary:

As a Global Channel Marketing Specialist, you will support the Services Commercial organization in driving partner engagement, communications, and enablement.

This role supports both Channel Managers and Services Partners, contributing to onboarding, digital process design, and activation of tools and programs.

You will collaborate with marketing and digital teams to fulfil program requirements and contribute to services growth.

What will you do?


* Act as the primary contact for Services' global and regional teams to support on activities related to Services Partners end-to-end digital enablement.


* Support the activation and adoption of digital tools, enablers that enhance partner experience that support program execution.


* Monitor & facilitate progress on partner onboarding, certifications, training completions, and badge releases, ensuring alignment with program requirements.


* Coordinate with local teams on localization, translations, and deployment of commercial trainings webinars, e-learnings and offer marketing content for partners.


* Collaborate with digital marketing to boost partner engagement through partner portal/websites, webinars, campaigns & events.


* Manage Internal Communications and knowledge sharing across the Channel Manager Community.


* Assist in developing & maintaining internal documentations such as toolkits and Sharepoint.


* Gather feedback and capture best practices to drive continuous improvement and enhance the digital experience for our Services Partners.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?



* Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field


* Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or partner/channel roles.


* Strong communication and project management skills.


* Good presentation skills and technology savvy.


* Ability to work across cultures and time zones in a global environment.


* Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite.
