CORE SPECIALTY EARLY CAREERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Junior Bond Underwriter will support the surety division in the organic growth of the contract and commercial surety lines of business.

  

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:


* The individual will spend the first-year learning principles of suretyship, underwriting skills, and claims. 

Technical Knowledge & Experiences



* It is necessary for success in this role that the person possesses a certain level of acumen in financial analysis of non-public and public entity financial statements and related financial records.    



* The person must possess proper communication skills, both in writing and orally. 



* The person must possess personality skills necessary for marketing of our products. 


* Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, actuarial science, finance, or investments.
