Job Description:

Responsibility:


* Be responsible for national breast reconstruction marketing, PE and sales organization and accounts. 


* Supervise and develop the sales force and sales activities to ensure the highest levels of services are maintained with all accounts. 


* Provides leadership to meet or exceed BR’s short-term and long-term objectives. 


* Control the sales promotion budget for sales department and maximize business return. 


* Explore new business development opportunities and coordinate Marketing and Supply Chain Dept.

Requirements:


* Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree.

MBA preferred.


* Minimum experience required:  8-10 years field sales experience.  5-6 years’ experience in sales management. 


* Excellent interpersonal skill required
