* Coordinate with third parties, such as insurance providers, to resolve account questions.


* Conduct proactive outreach and follow-ups with patients.


* Cross-train and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and effective backup coverage.


* Uphold confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance at all times.


* Maintain reliability through punctuality, strong attendance, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For


* Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Knowledge of billing, insurance processes, or HIPAA regulations is an advantage.
