Redwood Cove Healthcare Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to step into the role of Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (DOR).

Responsibilities


* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of therapists (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA)


* Oversee daily operations of the rehab department


* Ensure high-quality, patient-centered therapy services


* Monitor and maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and outcomes


* Drive departmental performance, clinical excellence, and financial success

Qualifications


* Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required


* Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred


* Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience highly valued


* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills


* Passion for resident-centered care and staff development
