? What You'll Do:
As a CNA, you'll be at the heart of our residents' daily care.

Key responsibilities include:


* Assisting residents with personal care (dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)


* Supporting residents during meals, recording intake, and ensuring hydration needs are met


* Checking in on residents frequently and answering call lights promptly


* Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition


* Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Helping residents stay comfortable by keeping rooms tidy, making beds, and organizing belongings


* Observing and reporting any changes in skin, behavior, or condition to nursing staff


* Creating a positive, warm, and respectful environment for residents and their families

?‍⚕️ What We're Looking For:


* Current California CNA certification (required)


* Compassion, patience, and dedication to resident-centered care


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Reliability and professionalism
