Pay: $19.80 - $27.41/hour (plus shift differentials for every shift)

What You'll Do:


* Provide daily nursing care and support for residents


* Assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and comfort needs


* Help residents settle in and feel at home


* Record and report changes, accidents, or incidents to supervisors


* Maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:


* Current CNA certification in [state] (required)


* CPR preferred


* Compassion, patience, and teamwork skills


* Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and assist residents safely
