Job Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.


* Monitor vital signs and assist with mobility to ensure comfort and safety.


* Provide compassionate, personalized care to enhance the quality of life for our residents.


* Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with residents, families, and teammates.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and cozy environment for all.

What We're Looking For:


* Current STNA certification in Ohio.


* A genuine passion for providing care with warmth and empathy.


* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a smile to match the season!


* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
