What You'll Be Doing:


* Therapeutic Interventions: Implement physical therapy treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall function.


* Rehabilitation Exercises: Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and other interventions aimed at improving physical health and achieving their rehabilitation goals.


* Patient Education: Teach residents and their families about techniques and exercises that will support their continued progress and independence at home and in the community.


* Progress Documentation: Document patient progress, ensuring that each resident's care plan remains up to date and aligned with their needs.


* Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

What We're Looking For:


* Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Ohio (or eligible to obtain licensure).


* Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is a plus, but not required.


* A passion for working with elderly patients and helping them regain mobility and independence.


* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


* A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently when needed.
