We are considering amazing candidates for a position as our food prep service provider at The Grove School.

The Grove School students bring their lunches from home, and assistance is needed to heat and serve these meals.

In addition you would need to prep and serve snacks.

You will not be cooking full meals and do not have to serve safe certified, but you will need to know or be willing to learn the sanitation guidelines for kitchens in a licensed childcare facility.

Our cooks bring healthy food, warmth, patience, and understanding to the classroom every day, encouraging children to learn and grow.

They inspire children to be lifelong learners using our nationally recognized curriculum that promotes social, physical, verbal, and cognitive development.

Our cooks are committed to making their center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team play a crucial role in that success.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation tasks - Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Prepare food items according to menu and dietary restrictions
- Assist in the assembly and plating of dishes for service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
