About the Role

Turtle in New York is actively searching for an Assistant Lighting Project Specialist to join our team.

The Assistant Lighting Project Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating all aspects of lighting projects from order entry to project closeout and managing customer expectations with the support of the department.

What You'll Do

Coordinate all stages of lighting projects to its entirety

Maintain schedules with weekly updates
3.

Oversee multiple projects
4.

Create submittal packages for approval
5.

Track shipments
6.

Schedule deliveries
7.

Work in a team environment internally as well as with customers
8.

Project billing
9.

Generate and maintain change orders
10.

Seek opportunities to increase sales/margin
11.

Organize and manage documents
12.

Excel proficient

What You'll Bring


* High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, College degree a plus


* Experience with MS Office and Outlook required


* Highly desirable to have relevant experience, but not required
