Branch Manager
Job Summary
The Branch Manager will help lead the branch in business development and help to provide the highest quality of leadership support to their team. The Branch Manager is responsible for assisting the Business Banking Area Manager and Regional Market Leader in administering and directing sales and business development, marketing, and operations of a branch office. This position manages daily activities which promote growth and reinforce the objectives of the relationship banking and quality service programs.

* Drive branch performance results to meet/exceed branch sales and service goals.
* Develop and coach branch employees for performance and growth.
* Ensure fast, courteous, and efficient customer service is maintained in branch.
* Develop and promote additional business for the branch through community relations.
* Responsible for day-to-day management of branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with operational and security policies, audits, and other monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
* Responsible for accurately maintaining all branch cash including vault and ATM(s).
* Cross-sell and refer financial institution products and services.
* Collaborate with the Business Banking Area Manager and the Regional Market Leader with interviewing, hiring, and training employees, and assist with planning, assigning, and directing their work.
* Assist the Business Banking Area Manager and the Regional Market Leader with managing and appraising employee performance and addressing employee complaints to resolve problems.
* Provide leadership of assigned team, lead efforts in recruitment, interviewing, and training employees, plan, assign, and direct departmental work.
* Coordinate interdepartmental goals to ensure alignment with company goals and vision.
* Coach and provide ongoing performance feedback to employees, set realistic and measurable performance goals, and ensure employees have appropriate professional development opportunities.
* Actively increase HomeTrust brand awareness by making outbound calls to new and existing clients.
* Proactively source new business by completing marketing tasks and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
* Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
* Complete all mandatory annual compliance training.
* Follow regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering and other unlawful activities, as well as regulations pertaining to lending and con...
