Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Maintenance Manager to support our Metal Injections Molding facility.

Phillips Medisize is a leading global outsource provider of design and manufacturing services.

This role is based in Menomonie, WI and will be an onsite managerial position.

Our Team

The Manufacturing Engineering Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the engineering and maintenance teams to implement ongoing improvements in engineering procedures and to ensure preventative and sustained maintenance support.

What You Will Do


* Provide direction and leadership to manufacturing engineering groups including people management


* Provide direction and leadership to Maintenance department including people management.


* Drive continual improvement on all programs in manufacturing


* Support overall manufacturing engineering processes for technical expertise and resources as necessary in support of facility business

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Minimum of two (2) years of engineering and/or supervisory/leadership experience


* Experience and knowledge of materials & process control equipment


* Experience with manufacturing processes


* Experience with engineering systems


* Experience with MRP and preventative maintenance systems

What Will Put You Ahead


* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
