Senior Manager, HR Digital Services
What will you do?
* Project Management around the maintenance and enhancement of Core HR and Workforce Administration Data
* Project Management for onboarding and maintenance of existing HR Systems and tools required in the Workforce Administration area
* Functional and Business Requirement formulation post discussions with the HR CoE and Services teams, and coordinating technology implementation with Schneider Digital
* Champion automation, self-service, and AI-driven enhancements in WFA processes.
* Lead digital maturity assessments and capability benchmarking.
* Reimagine employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, exits, etc.) through digital workflows and intelligent automation.
* Monitor and enhance user experience across digital touchpoints
* Partner with IT and vendors to implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions
* Ensure seamless integration of WFA systems with broader HR and enterprise platforms
* Focus on enhancing employee experience for the entire global employee population at Schneider Electric
* Contribute to data governance and quality standards for WFA-related data

This role blends HR operational expertise with digital innovation, ensuring that employee lifecycle processes are streamlined, automated, and data-driven.
The role involves close collaboration with other teams in the enterprise including Enterprise IT, HR CoEs and HR Services teams.
